The New York art scene is DEAD. A group of displaced east coast artists seek refuge in downtown Los Angeles to make it big in what they believe is the new hot bed of art. Unfortunately for these egotistical, eccentric, wannabe artists the rent is never cheap enough, the neighborhood is less than inviting, and their twisted views of the world often get them into precarious situations that only get worse before they get better.
